Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for 1-Hour RE Discovery Consultation Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Non-Refundable Services: All services are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Gus Ofili. Cancellation Policy: Full Refund: If you need to cancel your consultation, a full refund will be considered if the cancellation request is sent at least 48 hours in advance. Partial Refund: If the consultation is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, you will be issued a partial refund of half the consultation fee. How to Cancel: All requests to cancel appointments must be sent via email to bigopenumber1@gmail.com. Refund requests will only be reviewed if submitted within the allotted time frame. Refund Request Review: Your refund request will be reviewed to ensure it meets the cancellation policy criteria. You will be notified by email whether your refund request is approved or denied. Discretionary Approval: All refund requests are subject to approval and are granted at the sole discretion of Gus Ofili. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
