Ofili Real Estate No Refund Policy

At Ofili Real Estate, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. To maintain the highest standards of quality and ensure the sustainability of our services, we have established the following No Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds Policy

   • All sales of services provided by Ofili Real Estate are final. We do not offer refunds once a service has been purchased.

2. Service Completion

   • If a service has been completed as per the agreement, no refund will be granted under any circumstances.

3. Refund Requests

   • If a service has not been started or completed, a refund request may be considered. However, approval of such a request is at the sole discretion of Ofili.

   • To request a refund for a service that has not been started or completed, please contact us in writing at support@gusofilirealestate.com.

4. Approval Process

   • Any refund request must be reviewed and approved by Gus Ofili. The decision made by Gus Ofili regarding the refund request is final and not subject to further review or appeal.
